We'll print and mail those oversize post cards to everyone in the area. No address list required.

Now for the fun part. To get the best cost, we can print your mail pieces in advance as "shells." These are post cards or fliers that have the information that does not change - your business, your name, phone numbers, web site, perhaps your photo, etc.
Then, when you're ready to do a mailing, we print the flip side of the piece with whatever is pertinent to that specific mailing.
One customer we have sends out a monthly listing of what's on the market, for how much, what has recently sold, and what they sold for. Another realtor show's the photos of the houses he's sold recently, along with a text paragraph describing the local market.
In both cases, they keep their customers informed and their name in front of prospective buyers and sellers.
